Dave Tuscany is often referred to as a “Soul Ignitor”—a powerful catalyst for transformation, inspiring others to step boldly into the fire of their lives, break through limitations, and embrace their fullest potential.
As the founder of Thru The Fire, a transformational life coaching organization, Dave is dedicated to supporting men navigate their inner landscapes, integrate their strengths and vulnerabilities, and align with their true purpose. A Certified Life Coach specializing in Shadow Healing and Men’s Empowerment, Dave guides men to discover their own unique balance of energies, empowering them to cultivate deeply conscious relationships and step fully into their life mission with clarity and confidence.
Employing a body-first approach, Dave utilizes Somatic Anchoring, a powerful process that achieves transformation at a deep, cellular level. He believes that true change begins in the body where emotions and experiences are stored. Dave skillfully leads men through this process to unlock their inner power and move past long-held limitations.

Dave has overcome lifelong C-PTSD through many non-traditional modalities of healing including the use of various Plant Medicines. He now coaches others who may be integrating their own healing with any healing modality.
Chrysalis Project, an innovative program created by Dave, helps men to re-awaken their sexuality; to love and embrace all of themselves and to live a fulfilling sexual life in integrity and accountability. Dave helps men to embrace difficult conversations about love, intimacy and sexuality.
Dave is a Certified Co-Leader- Emeritus with the Mankind Project (MKP), an international men’s movement dedicated to fostering accountability, integrity, and personal growth. Through his 20+ years with MKP, he has fiercely challenged men to step into their truth, embrace responsibility, and cultivate authentic leadership.
Beyond coaching, Dave is a Certified Fire Walk Instructor, traveling across the U.S. to lead fire walk experiences. Through the profound symbolism of walking on fire, he empowers participants to confront their fears, shatter self-imposed barriers, and step into newfound strength. His high-energy, uplifting delivery creates an atmosphere where attendees experience life-changing breakthroughs—leaving them inspired and ready to take on the world.
At their beautiful home in Pinckney, MI, Dave and his wife Barbra WhiteCrow help foster connections between animals, people, and the Earth through their non-profit organization, Mother Bear Sanctuary. Mother Bear Sanctuary’s Mission is to remind people of their innate connections to the Earth, their bodies, all animals, and each other; inspiring joy and service to a new paradigm of sustainable living. Dave loves to walk the trails of their land, visit ORACLE, the amazing Masculine Portal, and spend time with WhiteCrow, and their fur family, collaborating on making a difference in the world together.
For over three decades, Dave has also been a co-owner of one of the largest real estate companies in Michigan. He has served as a coach and mentor; guiding his realtors through their own journey of self discovery. He currently hosts a program called Energy Mastery2, (E=MC2) which helps people at work lead a more productive and joyous life by design. He knows personally and professionally that we are ALL healers when we do our own inner work, no matter the role we play in the world.
